NC Grey is a rising British-Nigerian singer and songwriter. Performing from a very young age, NC was soon inspired to sing and write her own material melding influences from jazz, swing, soul, Motown and hints of gospel born of her days singing in church choirs.

Listing greats like Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone, Sade Adu, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, and Jill Scott among her influences, Grey has studied the best and has developed her sound which is the perfect blend of Soul, Jazz and R&B. An avid performer, NC has delivered mesmerising performances at the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival and the Body and Soul Festival and at several venues across Ireland. Grey is also a resident performer at the prestigious Number Twenty in Dublin as part of the Cafe Society Orchestra, delivering outstanding performances every weekend.

Following a string of single releases, Grey is ready to unleash her Debut project, entitled ‘Magic the EP’.  ‘Magic The EP’ is the perfect blend of Soul, Jazz and R&B, masterfully underpinned by NC Grey’s enchanting vocals and songwriting. A sell out live launch for the EP was held in her home venue; Number Twenty Two and the single from the EP ‘Adonis’ is already getting strong support from Ireland’s biggest radio tastemakers including RTE2FM and Dublin’s 98FM. The EP is set to be released on September 29th.
